AJAX Error Code 12029

I am getting error 12029: [PageRequestManagerServerErrorException]

I have a page that has been oriented as layered datagrid with update panels. On the page as well I have included a custom progress bar as a DIV property, and in it is an animated GIF file which loads when referenced by beginRequest, then it hides upon triggering the endRequest.

Can anyone point me to the right direction please? Thanks…
